RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds on any purchases, but we’re happy to provide store credit or swaps.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 5 days of purchase, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached, However Sale items are final and can’t be exchanged.

Returns: 
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition with the basis that the item is defective, it has wrong size or it is the wrong T shirt being sent.Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return:
Email us at [contact.berneaux@gmail.com] to initiate a return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.

Exchanges:
Contact us for exchange requests based on availability. Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Items:
Please notify us within 5 days of purchase for a replacement.
